One of the old structures of Chocolate plantation on the northern end of Sapelo Island. During the late 1790s, the plantation was farmed by Lewis Harrington with slave labor. In 1802 the property was owned by Edward Swarbreck and Thomas Spalding. Today it is no more than a collection of tabby ruins.
